State-of-the-Art Machinery

Our continual investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing and technology provides unrivalled capabilities. We can precisely and cost-effectively produce simple or complex aluminium coping and capping, including a curved shape.

Quality & Sustainability

All of our products are manufactured in the UK, ensuring our materials, processes and quality control procedures are maintained to the highest standard. Ali-Fabs Architectural Coping range is BBA-approved (British Board of Agrément Certificate No. 18/5586).

Aluminium is an environmentally friendly choice for wall coping, being 100% recyclable and the most abundant metal in nature. Over 90% of the aluminium we use in manufacturing is from recycled sources.

Fast Turn Around on All Coping Products

Thanks to our advanced production methods and investment in state-of-the-art machinery, we pride ourselves on short lead times for the manufacture of both standard and bespoke aluminium coping and capping. We’ll also deliver direct to site in one of our own delivery vehicles.

Ali-Fabs are proud to have been manufacturing aluminium building products for nearly 40 years. Some of our original staff members are still with us today, providing invaluable, expert advice on construction projects large and small all over the UK and Ireland. Investment in state of the art factory facility in Shropshire, utilising the latest CNC technology and LEAN production methods, guarantee efficiency and high quality products time after time. We’re big enough to take on any job and small enough to care about the quality of every product that we make.

Colours and Finishes

Ali-Fabs copings and cappings are available in a wide range of colours, including any RAL or BS colour using a polyester powder coating. Special finishes such as stone and zinc effect copings and cappings are also available.

Finite Element Analysis

Our technical team use finite element analysis (FEA) to predict the strength of our coping and capping in real-world environments. This ensures the integrity and stability of our products is never in doubt, even on high-rise developments.
